Just a quick post to share some good news. I've been entering a number of writing competitions this year, and have been keeping an eye on the Avid Writers website which has had several competitions recently. This year they ran a 10 week competition, where each week writers were given three lines of dialogue to choose from, and wrote a story using the chosen line as a starting point. I entered the competition three times and one of my entries won second place.
